Mobile Login Troubleshooting

If you have trouble-logging in, you will most likely find a screen on your phone that looks like this:

photo_modeIf so, simply follow the instructions which we will repost right here so that you can have it on a different screen while you set up your phone.

  1. Check whether the address bar (bar that says “shiftagent.org”) is dark or light gray.
  2. If the bar is dark gray, click on it.
  3. Tap on the tabs button in the bottom right of Safari (it looks like two squares).
  4. Tap on “Private” in the bottom left to disable Private Browsing Mode.
  5. Press “Keep All” in the dialog, if you don’t want to close all of your tabs.
  6. Refresh this page.
Lost Password: If you have lost your password, simply press the Forgot Password link on the login screen. You will be sent an email to reset your password.
