As you are building the schedule, you are able to glance at information about each employee with regards to Shift Density.

Shift Density is simply the frequency that an employee works during a given time.

To view the data while you are in Smart Scheduling, click the icon next to their name:

• View the number of shifts an employee typically works on each day of the week.  The darker the plot points are on the grid, the heavier the density.  You can mouseover the density map to see exact numbers of shifts.
• Select a position to see how often they work that position and which days are typical.
• Use the number-of-weeks selector on the upper right of the window to vary the scope of data.

You can also use the employee analytics to see information about availability.
